Return & Exchange Policy

At TOVA Golf, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident every time you wear them.

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Free of stains, odors, or damage

  • Returned with original tags and packaging

Exchanges
Need a different size or item? No problem. We offer exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Once we receive your return, we’ll process your exchange promptly.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final sale items

  • Worn or used products

  • Gift cards

Include your order number and reason for return, and we’ll provide instructions for sending your item back.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
